The upper scale target market focus is on Millennials and connected business travelers. Cambria® hotels & suites is an ideal brand with market flexibility designed just for these guests.  The other option is the one-of-a-kind independent hotel that will be a part of the Ascend Hotel Collection® program.

Comfort Inn® along with its sister Comfort Suites® is growing rapidly with an attractive new prototype.

The new construction Sleep Inn® brand offers low development costs with superior performance, while MainStay Suites®, an extended stay brand, delivers the amenities guests look for in longer term stays whether on business or vacation. Together, the new Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites dual brand prototype enables multiple demand types to be accommodated under one roof. And for conversion value, count on our highly recognizable Quality® brand or the efficient, focused-service model of Clarion® to stand out in any market.

Each property is newly-constructed and built to anticipate the needs of travelers looking for a longer-term stay.  Properties feature all-suite rooms with fully-equipped kitchens, flexible workspaces, and guest laundry facilities.
